La emergencia de este lugar no está capacitada para atender al paciente como se debe, mi novia y yo llegamos preocupado por que ella estaba presentando una tos severa y creíamos que estaba embarazada, le realizaron una prueba de orina y dijeron “no está embarazada” pero nosotros le pedimos al médico que le realizara una prueba de sangre a lo cual se negó, la sorpresa fue que mi novia si estaba embarazada, si ustedes están seguros que algo no está bien y ellos se niegan a prestar los servicios básicos no te quedes solo con la opinión de ellos… lamentable.

I had an eye emergency, I was poked in the eye and. Cut and my eye was bleeding and hurt really and and swollen and I had blurry vision, I decided to come here hoping to get fast and effective treatment, I explained my problem to the nurse who didn’t seem to take it serious and just put me to the side, I am currently here and having been siting here for 2 hours, with the pain no knowing if I am going to lose my vision, I was later moved to a hallway in a hospital bed but still have no room and no medical professional has assisted me. This is horrible service and outright unacceptable.

Everyone is super rude here, doctor came after 3 hours waiting, and he didn’t even talk like a doctor. Please if you are looking for a great place treat your illness don’t come to this place.
No service at all. Very disappointed .

While the nurses and doctors I interacted with was very nice, but the wait time is so long. My brother hit his head and there is a small cut that won’t stop bleeding. He feels relatively fine so we know that we’re not the most prioritized, ok, we can wait a bit. But after they patch the wound, they said we’re good but they need to confirm with the supervisor that we’re all good to go. I had to waited 30+ almost 40 more minutes. Why? If there is something else they needed us to wait, then at least a check-in. The total time we were there is 3 hours. Is that the average time spent in the emergency room? Honestly I felt like we spent the majority of time waiting than having the doctor/nurse treating us.

Go anywhere but here. With only a blood test they said my elderly mother could have cancer. There was no other test given. They quickly discharged my mother. They didn't even give us discharge papers. I'm not sure if this is negligence but it sure feels like it. The team on call needs to be fired.

As I write this review, my wife has been waiting on their ER for 5 hours. Place should be audited/inspected, clearly not following emergency procedures and showing no care for patients. This is beyond pathetic!!

First off I want to start with I started here at 8pm and left at 4am.. these people were laughing it up and taking and gossiping eating food. They had earbuds in, everytime I wanted to talk to someone they needed to take the earbuds out in order to even hear me. I am pregnant and was bleeding. They did an ultrasound and made me wait 3-4 hours for results. I pressed the nurse button because I was waiting for results extremely long, they turned the button off and took 10 minutes to check on me. The photo you see is the nurse who did my IV and she stabbed me with the needles so many times! This has never happened to me with my veins! Now she didn’t even apologize or say anything she just kept stabbing me. After I see this bruise on my arm… I told them I was feeling dizzy and light headed because I was bleeding. After taking blood and being there for so long no one offered me water, a snack, or even a blanket for being there for 8 HOURS! Nurses were coming in and out of the room grabbing stuff without saying excuse me or if everything was okay. No one checked on me. After they finally got my results, they said the baby was fine… 8 hours for that? The doctor didn’t even tell me about my blood tests, I had to ask him if my blood test indicated a miscarriage…the staff was so unprofessional and had no respect for any patients !

I came to Cha Everett Emergency Medical Center with my young son.. Each of us has a health condition, and they do not know the extent of the pain I feel, so I noticed more than five patients passing front of my eyes for treatment, knowing that my son and I registered our names before them. If they had checked my health file for review, they would have been sure. I deserve to pass, but my name is Mohamed...
