Worst medical experience of my life. Beds were not cleaned between patients, mine had hair and blood stains on it. There was a man with serious head trauma actively bleeding from his forehead wandering the halls and bleeding on the floor, staff did not attempt to help him other than yelling at him every 30min to go sit down. If you have anything more than a minor injury, do not come to this ‘hospital’ or you will certainly die.

We had plans to go to the ER but couldn't even park. They didn't have parking for visitors. All the parkings were for employees and contractors. There were some cars parked randomly but we weren't comfortable parking illegally. Drove around for 15mins. No parking around the hospital. I was very very disappointed. We finally went to another ER. Thankfully we were in an emergency but in stable condition.

Nothing but very bad reviews, including my own horrible experiences.
The worst ever. You are a sitting duck if you're requesting help from your nurse and other staff.
The nurses come in and make their rounds and then disappear for the next 4-5 hrs, even if you hit the call button

Disgraceful. I witnessed an accident of a young 14 year old boy. I took him to this hospital, because his family didn’t have insurance and the ambulance would cost them $1000. I was disgusted to see the attitude of the staff. The lack of urgency, care or even professionalism was shocking. I am an immigrant from Australia and this is my first time experiencing the infamous US medical system and I am shocked beyond belief. I have no words and feel sorry for anyone who doesn’t have the privilege of private insurance coverage.

Nothing but miserable people working here. No matter how polite you are they all talk to you like you killed one of their family members I get your works hard but the way you speak to your Patients is ridiculous and should be under investigation because if you talk how ever you want over the phone I can only imagine what these nurses/physicians are doing/saying behind closed doors in private She even had the audacity to curse over the line over simple yes or no questions

I will never go here again for my mental health services. The culture is commanding and scolding patients, like don’t go up the stairs by yourself, scolding for running late if out of patient’s control, put on your mask, will not go out of their way to help you, etc. Each therapist, the front desk, and supervisor are all the same. What a disservice to the community. I instead highly recommend the Hyacinth. The Hyacinth is excellent because they are kind, nonjudgmental, and seem to actually want to help (unlike Christ mental health).

If I could give this hospital negative stars I absolutely would. The nurses/doctor/staff dismissed my COVID sickness when I was in dire need of attention. When asked what I’m here for, I told them that I couldn’t breathe well and the asian nurse said “You look fine.” The other white nurse/staff also asked “Why are you even here what do you even want us to do” with such attitude while shaking her head at me. When Dr. Amir Estephan came along he was dismissive and discriminating based on age just because I’m younger as if I didn’t need anything. He did not want to provide any medications at first, no inhaler or anything. I went to my primary doctor afterwards who was able to provide me with proper care and was not dismissive on any of my symptoms. He gave me the inhaler I needed in addition unlike Amir. This ER is the most heartless and careless I’ve been to. We have already reported this to the head department but I wanted others to know about this as well. I would never recommend this ER to anyone in dire need of medical attention.
