I have a lot to say about this hospital. First of all I am so upset I waited this long because I forgot some of the doctors and nurses name. I was there for heart palpitations and bad anxiety and let me tell you, while I was there I did not feel HEARD. I am a very non confrontational person because I hate how I get when I am upset. And I hate feeling like a “problem”. One of the female doctors seemed like she didn’t like me and my boyfriend did not like that and I think it’s because I complained about one of the female nurses in the hospital from the day before. They had me on heart monitors and when I felt a palpitation, I let it be known and she had the nerve to say “well I didn’t see anything” and she was so rude. It took the life of me to not say anything to her and my boyfriend was so hurt by that rude comment. She wasn’t great and she seemed impatient with me. Mind you my anxiety was through the roof so of course I wasn’t myself that day and probably wasn’t my best self with my thoughts. But the male nurse who was there with her was one of the best nurses there. He was so knowledgeable and he reassured me that the problems I was having and how I was feeling was not just in my head. He made me feel like I had a voice and I loved that. I wish I knew his name, but I think he was better than the doctor. He had glasses with blond hair I believe. There was another nurse there who was amazing and the women in the emergency room lobby were fantastic and so sweet. That night was a horrible experience for me dealing with a rude doctor like that, and I regret not writing down names when I had the chance. But kudos to the amazing nurses I came across while being there. Thank you guys so much and I feel a lot better.

Waiting for 2 hours for a doctor and still in the waiting room. There are only 5 to 10 people in the past 2 hours in ER waiting room. They say it takes 5-6 hours to see the doctor which is ridiculous and not acceptable. This hospital has gotten worse and worse over the years. If you can avoid it do not come to this hospital ER.

I brought my nephew to the ER tonight and everyone was so friendly, helpful, informative, and efficient. We saw Candy the triage nurse, Emily Goodman NP, Jordan the technician, and many others. As someone who has worked as a nurse in an ER, I was so impressed with the flow and care. Thank you all very much!

Been here 6 hours. Just watched a lady fall out of a wheelchair after a nurse gave her a shot and he told her to “stop acting like that”! She laid there for 35 minutes before the same worker came and told her to stand up and get back into the wheelchair. Only after patients in the waiting area spoke up did they get two more people to help her. Unacceptable. I know the intake clerks have no control over wait times, but the actions of the so-called healthcare worker was out of line. Big 0 in my book. We will see what happens behind the Great Wall of doors. Hope the internal staff is more compassionate.

Update: waited 7.5 hours. There were over 85 patients waiting still. People were coming in (lots of elderly people alone) who had horrible lacerations from injuries, people dehydrated and fainting, throwing up, etc. progress was at a standstill. We demanded our copay back and left. If I could leave a negative-number review, it would be too much

Was a long wait but I expected that it's a emergency room and mine was a work related injury. staff was very polite, doctor's very professional , security very professional... dealing with an obnoxious patient screaming and throwing stuff around..

I can understand the frustration but people have to realize it's a emergency room and the more seriousness injuries comes 1st

BTW they even inform you ahead of time will be a 4 1/2 to 5 hour wait. So can't complain about the wait. Don't wanna wait go to another emergency room!!!!!

This is the best hospital from the staff to the care received. They paid attention to my needs, and you can really see that they care!! No matter how many times we showed up here, they always made sure we left with a smile. Dr. Giblin in the ER treated me very well, and I will recommend it to my family and friends.
