Oh make sure you keep your receipts! I came here to take passport pics for passport expiring within the month. I have a trip planned and found out the pictures are not valid. Came back to FedEx as soon as I found out to inform the staff. Girl in the front with a lot of energy stated I need to prove I took the pictures there by showing the receipt. Well, I trusted the employees knew what they were doing so I didn’t keep the receipt 3 months later when I found out pictures were invalid. FYI to everyone going there to purchase passport pictures. Staff is not fully trained. I had to repurchase pictures for my passport, and now my passport is delayed!

When you use your Credit/Debit card to make copies, or what have you, there is a $10 hold put on your card , even if your purchase was just $1.00. They should inform you ahead of your purchase, or at least have the proper signage in place, so you are aware and can make an informed decision from there if you wish to proceed. That's good business.

Terrible manager. Good employees. Usually have a good experience at this location. Today the manager gave terrible service and an awful attitude. I come here often. Today one of the trainees who was very nice and helpful took a very long time to insert my information and pack the box. The manager stepped in to assist and changed the delivery time since I apparently missed the cut off time. (5pm) I let him know I arrived much earlier but the trainee took a long time. Also, as the box was being taped up the driver arrived for pick up. Driver asked the manager if there’s anything else and I asked the manager if he could just quickly add my box to what the driver was picking up. The manager curtly said No. The driver gave me a a look because even he knew it was ridiculous.

Usually they are pretty good except for this one staff keep saying I can’t ship with a box style that I have been shipping with for years, he kept saying it’s a shoe box. What is worst is he would mixed up my shipping labels and put the wrong labels on the wrong shipment..he needs more training for sure.

I always have a good experience here. Just shipped a longboard out from this location. The customer service is 10/10. Jackie is awesome!

You can print, scan, fax, package and ship all from this location! They also usually have the right size boxes and parcels if you didn't bring your own.

Manager is rude and on a power trip. Also if FedEx followed delivery instructions and brought the package to my mail room, I wouldn’t have had to come to this location in the first place. Bad experience all around.

Is the Fed Ex/Kinkos on Los Robles under new management? This used to be my go to for all shipments. I didn’t even mind paying extra. They no longer have any business of mine and I live on the same street! They are so rude and nit picky with boxes and labels. UPS is so much more helpful.

Jackeline did a great job of taking care of my shipping order. It was a piece of flat art that required a large flat box, and she quickly obtained the right box. She also took care in the interior padding to protect my precious item. Jackeline also advised me on pricing options, and took care with my sending and receiving address. I'm just a visitor to Pasadena, but I recommend this store.
