I've been here for my mom when she cut her hand and I was here recently as I was extremely ill battling a fever over 104 for five days. I was very dehydrated and completely tired out when I walked in, and the person at the desk kindly took as much information as he could from my ID and insurance card. It's an ER, and yes, unfortunately there are many people so there is some waiting time. I was called to been seen for basic check up (temp, blood pressure, reason for visit, etc) in about 30 minutes. Then I overhead that it's completely full in the ER so I'll have to wait a while. I understood and waited for I think maybe about 30 min and was called.

They put me on a bed with privacy curtains around and in between tests and treatments there were a lot of waiting times, but the place was packed with patients and I could see they were trying the best they could. I was severely dehydrated and my fever reached it's peak and my body was dry vomiting air from the body heat and shaking. The several nurses were very quick to give me the fluids and a bunch of antibiotics, anti-nausea, fever reducing medications intravenously. Within about an hour or two my body started calming down and I felt like my self again by the end of the visit when my fever went down. They found that I have pneumonia and thankfully it wasn't a complicated case.

My visit went from 5:30pm to 1:30am. I really thank all the nurses and staff who treated me so effectively and for giving me their best within all the chaos in the ER. My mom also had surgery at the main hospital, and our experiences here have all been very great. It's an ER, with a great number of people also there with varying conditions. Unfortunately, we do have to wait, but when they get to you, they really treat you the best they can.

Bad location. Sad in such prestige area having bad emergency room drs. Drs in emergency room are private and you’ll be billed extreme amounts, they are adding care you may not even need to add the bills sadly. Sad to see patient care became a business. Perhaps this is post-pandemic and maybe lack of funds… Hopefully it’ll get better. All bad reviews below are to be agreed with after my experience here in July. Dr didn’t even go over the results before releasing.

Leaving negative stars if I could. This is the closest ER and I was getting weaker by the minute so I had no choice. Dr Olivia Grant and Meredith proved there are some people with souls, but everyone else should really be fired. I was crying when I first came in and front desk check in girls had a very bad attitude. So intensive. The address and info she had on file was very old and she came across annoyed when I gave her the update. Is the rest of staff even qualified? This is the most unprofessional ER I’ve ever been too, please don’t come here. No one checks up on you, communication is horrible, no one seems to know too much, and again, I guess compassion and a smile are not required to be employed here. I wasn’t even in my room before someone was in my room to get my insurance details - I could barely speak. I’m so disgusted in every single person here. Word of advice: don’t work in health care if you don’t like people. I show up to my job everyday and put on a smile despite being tired or other things. Personal conversations, training nurses just barge into your room - I think everyone needs to be fired. Reporting.
