La peor emergencia , poco profesionalidad desde la registration hasta el personal de enfermería . Descortés , se nota poca higiene y para hacerte cualquier estudio como un CTS debes esperar hasta 10 horas . Necesite ir a emergencia luego de una cirugía de histerectomia , me mantuvieron en una silla sentada por 10 horas dentro de la emergencia, cuando le pedí agua a la enfermera me dijo debía pararme a buscarla.

Que disparate de hospital es este , para que te atiendan esperas 6 horas o más, y lo único que te dicen es que solamente hay dos médicos y qué hay más pacientes alante, no te pasan una sábana ni nada.

Worst and slowest ER in history. Do not come here. 2 hours waiting in the lobby! 13 hours waiting for a CT. For those 13 hours not one treatment was offered to help alleviate shortness of breath. Only after her ct was i offered a nebulizer. Then I was prescribed antibiotics and another nebulizer however doctor said she wanted to avoid admitting me after keeping me up all Night. She just wanted to give me meds and monitor, so they could let me home but would not give me the meds until hours later. The lack of efficiency and healthcare is INSANE! Do not come here

I would like to share my experience with Dr. H.J. Cooper and his Phenomenal Ortho Team. I had my Right Knee done in June of 2023 and now my Left Knee, in March of 2024. Dr. Cooper and His Team are Beyond Efficient, Knowledgeable, Courteous And Caring!! From My Initial Contacts, to the Present, They are a Truly Phenomenal Ortho Team!! Always available for any questions or concerns I have had with Immediate Results!! I Definitely Recommend Dr.Cooper’s Team Wholeheartedly!! Waited 5 hours for IV fluids, staff was friendly, but the ER was freezing cold, there is no privacy, and there is no place comfortable to be. I discharged myself even though the doctors wanted more tests because I physically could not stand being here any longer. No one offered food, water, blankets, or anything (and there were people there longer than me). The outside looks all fancy, but the services are poor.

Loved the staff!

One nurse arrogantly thought he was in one of the tv medical shows, and could be salty-sassy with patients... patients in pain. Really? In an emergency room, filled with drug addicts, wealthy, homeless, rich, working Janes & Joes?

I thought to myself, "He's going to meet his match, and his match is going to give him extra!"

Sure enough, cops brought in a little shorty. Salty Nurse got sassy with him, and Little Shorty IMMEDIATELY started yelling at him.

Patients, family members, and staff all stopped, came out of their areas to see what was going on, JUST LIKE AN EMERGENCY ROOM TV DRAMA ! Talk about a quiet emergency room!

Patient Shorty meant every word! He promised Nurse Salty that he'd whip his _ _ _ in front of the cops, and actually walked towards him.

Cops didn't shut him down, either. Maybe they too were sick of Nurse Salty, who got very quiet, probably not sure IF the cops would stop Patient Shorty.

Back to me...? LOVED that the staff decided against medications and started from scratch to see if meds were the problem. They are SO thorough with questions, examinations, testing,... I could cry. THEY WERE AWESOME! I AM SO GRATEFUL ?

Sure enough, the meds prescribed from another big medical facility had over prescribed meds which caused SERIOUS physical reactions - causing four emergency room visits.

Haven't had a problem since!

They are not who they used to be! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

Reception staff and the nurse who took my vitals were extremely rude and unhelpful. Triage nurse seemed to have more intelligence but her shift ended and she left. Attending staff seemed unknowledgeable and just sporadic and inattentive. Nurse who did my IV had my blood all over the place as it squirted everywhere while she tried getting a vein. My liver enzyme levels were through the roof and they said go home and rest and follow up with your doctor - meanwhile I am vomiting nonstop with extreme nausea and extreme itchiness and yellow eyes and very dehydrated. No prescription would’ve been given to me had I not asked for nausea meds upon my walking out of the door. Today I still am very much in pain with the same symptoms and won’t see my doctor until Jan 17th. I would not recommend anyone going to this hospital it is horrible.

If you are sure you are going to be admitted go to this hospital. It's worth the wait at the Emergency room. Which will be long if you are not brought there by ambulance. I was brought there by ambulance never on foot. I only heard about the wait if the came there on foot. I had a seizure on the street. The ambulance brought me there. It's one of the most courteous hospital I been in. They did not do anything but tell me to to call my neurologist. Like all of the other hospital I have ever been in. But they made sure that I was okay not rush me out like all of the other hospitals. I was there on other different occasions and stayed for a few days. The food was better than most hospitals. The doctors were nice. The nurses were okay no complaints. The worst thing is the view out of my widow.
