Avoid this place!!! The nurses demonstrate zero empathy. I am not sure why they are nurses. Please save your mental health so you can preserve your physical health and avoid this place. I wish I could give zero stars. Please don't go there.

i don’t normally write reviews online, but i’m compelled to write one now. listen, ERs are never fun. this one was particularly busy and overwhelmed. patients were lined up in beds along the corridors. but for those who bemoan long wait times — it’s an ER, not a spa. sweet jesus. priorities need to be made and people are complaining because they’re not served immediately. (insert eye roll
here.) but i wanted to take the time to highlight how wonderful the entire staff was — from the security guards to the nurses and physicians. they were all so compassionate and attentive and competent, despite the trying conditions. special shout out to ellie (sp?) and andrew (the patient services rep). everyone, really. you all made what could have been a nightmare experience as comfortable as it could be. a huge thanks to you all.

My wife is pregnant and suffering from a high fever. I waited five and a half hours and in the end they told me there is no doctor except one for more than forty patients. This is not a hospital and these people are lying to people. You will die from waiting and not finding medical care.

This is easily the worst ER experience I've ever dealt with - one person lies to you and the others swear to it - they tell you that you've been admitted and 12 hours later you're still sitting in the ER waiting for a fictional bed, just so they can bill your insurance for an inpatient bed - tests ordered at 10pm and not done until 3pm the next day - if given the choice, go anywhere else

This hospital is horrible and I don’t recommend anyone to go there waste your time and you will suffer. I went there yesterday I died waiting there , they just took my vitals and told me yo stay on the lobby for my turn . I stayed there 7 hours waiting with worst pain , high fever and I pregnant. I kept telling them please I can’t handle my pain no answer just looking at you saying we have no rooms at the end the rooms are empty and there is no doctors just one nurse or assistant nurse running for 40 patients. When they take you in they just put you in the room and when you go ask them where is the dr . The staff saying he will come just wait . I know there is a lot of people are sick and people go to the emergency room for treatment not dying waiting at the lobby for hours. My advise for this emergency room at least they have hiring doctors and nurses to rise up their hospital with good rates and not people to have bad thoughts when they hear the name of this hospital.

Made me wait for three and half hours for breathing issues. Didn’t conduct not single test was done beside the initial pressure and temp test. Nurses looked like they couldn’t care less and most of them were very rude. Why make somone wait for 3 hrs just to send them home after with not a single test done.

If I could give 0 starts I would. My mom went to the ER with chest pain/pressure, shoulder pain mainly on her left, numbness, digestive issues such as nausea, vomiting, you name it. To me that’s alarming, you would think they would call her in to at least do an EKG to rule out the possibility of a blockage or a heart attack. My mom was literally waiting IN PAIN for 2 hours. I called them and they had the nerve to lie to me and said that there were a lot of people ahead of her with similar symptoms when my mom and sister told me there was only one person ahead of her. Long story short my mom left and on her way to WMC. People please do not go to hospitals like this one. Unless you want to go to a careless place with staff who is not compassionate to see you in pain and possibly die due to they negligence.
