El peor lugar, me trataron como criminal por no tener quien me buscara , me sacaron con un policia y tres enfermeras porque me admitieron y decidieron darme de alta 1 hora después, y que si seguia con los síntomas en casa que regresara. Cuando sabian que tengo el intestino obstruido.

If I decided not to go back I would bleed to death in my sleep ?, as I am alone it would be difficult .Well, I wish I could give more stars for this feedback. I had an accident and cut my finger. I was well attended to and received by excellent professionals. Minutes after being released, I returned because I was still bleeding a lot. They performed the procedure again. I was distressed and even more nervous. The next day, I called the specialist they recommended, but I won't be seen. They'll only remove the stitches, but my finger is still open from the cut, and I need surgery. I don't know what to do since I have difficulty communicating. I'm trying to find another hospital with solutions quickly to resolve the issue. I hope the specialists they recommend improve. They could at least analyze it before they refuse to do it.

I would like to share that my family member was treated today by Dr.Dowd. him and his nursing staff were polite, caring and compassionate. The wait time was appropriate. Saw the doctor within minutes of entering er door. I am sharing this because not all ERs are bad and give bad care. He was a good doctor and treated her with the meds she needed. She went to multiple Urgent Care Oxford and Harrington and recieved poor care & treatment. At St.V she was given meds before she left to go home and script was filled already. Thank you to the ER Team. !!!! 5 stars today !!!

This is the worst hospital I have been in. I couldn't believe my eyes when the doctor used alcohol to clean my wound. It sting amd screen. I had to ask him what was wrong with him. I told him to stop and get me NS, and I would do it myself. I was ignored, and then he said that I was left against medical advice. The nk God, I recorded everything. This was my forts time and my last time there. Even if I was dying, I would not go there. Disgusting place, I was sitting on a chair even with my injured knees. I wish I had looked up their scores first. Smh!

Do not go here…. If I could give ZERO star I would, especially since I work in healthcare. My girlfriend and I came here because she was having trouble breathing due to partially collapsed lung from previous pneumonia. Staff looks confused ALL the time. Talking about a patients treatment plan in front of other people without any regard for their personal information. Visibly ill people aren’t given a mask…. Staff doesn’t know what’s going on and seem under educated. I am not one to leave reviews but this place was awful, especially with my girlfriend being in so much pain and not being seen for hours. We understand that waiting rooms at the ER take time, but staff seems to be the real problem.

Came to the ER with my wife wincing in pain and spent over 5 hours and received less than spectacular service. The staff has actively avoided eye contact as we wait in the vertical waiting room and has not provided any update or checked in.

The website states “We’re Ready When You Need Us”… but then the staff comment that they’re understaffed… clearly the hospital website provided inaccurate information and overall there is a leadership failure in this ER which is causing the patients to suffer.
