OMG! I couldn't be more grateful for their service to my situation. I was told by an urgent care I need to go to the ER, for my eye check since it was a situation that could turn to being blind. The ER, staff from the service window to the intake staff were extremely attentive and professional with the willingness to get me through the process with urgency. The medical staff at their eye center there were indeed sympathetic to my need and very much concern with my well being. The staff there took the time to make sure I was being care for to the highest extent to the point that they also then referred me to a eye doctor in which could assist me in further determination on my situation. They also provide me with the transportation need to get to the specialist and back home from the visit. Nothing but gratifications for all the effort they put in to make sure my full recovery will be with days. I can never be more grateful and indeed recommend anyone in need of care from a group of individuals that are ready to give all their attention to execute excellent patient care. Highly recommend their team of professional from the intake staff to the medical faculty.

Currently waiting here with my infant. I understand hospitals are busy. And I understand that there’s going to be a tremendous wait time, however…to wait 5.5 hours in the ER. While other patients that came after us being called before us. We couldn’t wait anymore we are taking her anywhere else but this hospital. That’s absurd. On top of that you have nurses gossiping and flirting with security. I am so disgusted with this hospital. Definitely do not recommend a patient to come here when you need immediate care. I will be making additional complaints.

There are a couple good drs and nurses don’t get me wrong but a majority violate HIPPA laws and are mean and intimidating. They misdiagnosed me and when I go back for being severely dehydrated and having extreme high blood pressure and fainting they lie on my chart and say I have anxiety. Even though I didn’t go to that ER every single time they said if I go to an ER again no matter what pain I’ll get submitted to psych ward forcefully. Will be suing for malpractice and filing formal complaints on some drs!!!

This has to be the worst ER ever. Nurses with an awful attitude before you ever mutter a word to them you just look their way and they look back at you with disgust. My mom went to the ER through the ambulance they didn’t let us see her for 15 minutes when she first arrived because they told us they were checking her in, she wasn’t registered until we needed to check out, they had her in the hallway with a dislocated elbow. They were short with her concerns, she asked the doctor for help to use the bathroom and he said he’d go ask a nurse and he literally stood at the end of the same hall she was placed in and instead of asking for one of them to help my mom he was making jokes about Dr House. He was very short with us and dismissive. Very passive aggressive like he was “trying” to be nice. I asked a nurse for a pillow for her and she said let me go check if we even have one and she definitely didn’t. I had to ask another nurse and luckily she was decent enough to go grab one right when we asked. I wish I caught her name but she was wearing glasses with barbie crocs and a barbie sweater she was the only person there that smiled at us and addressed us politely. How is it in our time of need you give us nothing but an attitude, this isn’t the field for you if you think that helping people is so inconvenient for you. It’s your job. Fine you have her in the hallway but why do I have to beg someone to check her You’re passing right by us laughing and making jokes at each end of the hallways. Maybe youre so busy because you’re not doing your job and everything is so behind because youre joking about Dr House.

Currently waiting here with my infant. I understand hospitals are busy. And I understand that there’s going to be a tremendous wait time, however…to wait 3 hours in the ER then to only be escorted to another room and wait yet another hour. That’s absurd. On top of that you have nurses relentlessly sitting at a desk snacking and gossiping. I definitely do not recommend a patient to come here when you need immediate care.

Let me preface this by saying my review is for one specific physician, whom I will not be naming. I’ve had previous experiences here that were wonderful. Of course the staff are always very busy, but they’re always attentive and empathetic. Maybe this one doctor was just having a bad day, but the way I was treated was unacceptable. Shift change occurred while I was there (for 7 hours), and the first doctor was great. His replacement was not. I was often cut-off mid sentence while I tried to gather my words. At one point, I was asking a question that he cut off only a couple of words in, answering a question condescendingly and sarcastically that I wasn’t even going to ask. He put notes in my MyChart visit notes that only verify that he was not listening attentively, not communicating with other staff, not fully evaluating test results, and was getting impatient with me. The ED was very busy that day, and I understand stress runs high among staff, and I’m always very very patient, even while in distress. No other doctor who has ever treated me for anything would say otherwise. Last but the exact opposite of least, this doctor LOUDLY and condescendingly violated my HIPAA rights, by stating my diagnosis in my hallway “room” (aka a stretcher in a hallway surrounded by other rooms with only curtains, staff not on my care team, and the bathroom that everyone in the hall used). Like I said, he shall remain unnamed, and I won’t be filing a grievance with the state, but I will be filing notice of the gross HIPAA violation with the government.

Edited to add the icing on the cake: had a follow-up with my usual provider, who confirmed what my fiancé and I knew all along. The diagnosis was incorrect, and I was given and took medication that I didn’t need and also worsened my condition. My provider instructed me to discontinue the medication he prescribed and validated that there should have been more attention paid to my voiced concerns.
