Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! I needed assistance with shipping of a former ee's electronic equipment. Kristin, the store owner stepped right up and took care of the whole process for me. Greeted my former employee, very carefully wrapped and packaged up a laptop, monitors, etc. and shipped everything to our office and emailed me the receipt.
