Pharmacy sucks, never had this much trouble with such an important medication. If u need your medicine on time or reliable pharmacists do not come here! They’re rude and don’t want to help! It’s accutane... Insane

Horrible customer service at this location. I ordered an online same day delivery order, they missed 3 items in my package. When I called the store, a very rude female employee answered the phone with a "hello", not even identifying that it was Walgreens; when I told her I was missing 3 items in my delivery, she rudely answered "what do you want to do? Do you want to pick it up?". What's the point of picking it up and order that was paid to be same day delivery if it was their own fault? Then she asked me if I wanted a refund in which I said yes; she put me on hold and I was not able to speak to anyone else. I'd probably be on hold until until now if I didn't get ahold of the customer service. If people hate to work with customer service, give the opportunity who really needs the job, but don't take their frustrations on customers, we have nothing to do with your mistakes and/or u happiness.

Very poor service. I dropped off prescriptions at 9am was asked to come back in an hour for pick up. Went there after one hour & 45 mins at 10:45am, meds weren’t ready. The lady asked to come back after 15 mins & gave my meds at 11 am. Ridiculous, AVOID this place.

This place does hire incompetent employees some are friendly however incompetent. As for the pharmacy Lou is probably very competent never friendly. It probably has a lot to do with his workload. Mimi has good days and lots of bad days. Overall they don't seem to have time to be friendly. That's probably not their job to be friendly but you're either friendly or not friendly so I have to say that they are just not friendly people. If you have any questions they don't have time to answer them or look very impatient while answering. I give many reviews and I'm honest on every one of them.

Anytime you're in a quick need for some aspirin or headache relief this is the place to go! I had an excruciating migraine and luckily I was walking by and got some Excedrin and in about 20 minutes I was feeling a lot better if it wasn't for that excetera and I would have had a bad day but it's a good day now and you guys got a 5-star review!

THE BEST PHARMACY AROUND!!!!
Lou, Nancy, Mimi and the entire pharmacy staff is ALWAYS so kind and professional! They always give me the best customer service and are so helpful when there are insurance or doctor/refill issues. They always have a great attitude and a smile on their faces! I love coming to this pharmacy!!! A++++ 🙂

Omg! The workers are incompetent, STUPID, lazy, slow. Attention manager: FIRE the fat Hatian woman working the register at 5:30 PM on Tuesday Sept 5th 2023. The worst of the worst. I spent ALOT of money in that store but never again. She just cost you a very loyal customer. I'm transferring my prescriptions to Walmart and Publix and will never step foot in a Walgreens again. Your company is being destroyed by the losers you hire

While this isn't my regular Walgreens that I visit, my experience with the pharmacist and her team has been wonderful. She was able to assist me in getting medication that I desperately needed! I would recommend this Walgreens pharmacy to everyone! I'm sure I'll venture back there some time again. I've not yet explored that strip mall isn't located on.
