If you have the opportunity to choose between this hospital and another, choose another one. This damn hospital is garbage. They don't help at all and if they do, you have to wait too long.

I had a really good experience in the ER this afternoon. The staff were thoughtful communicative and attentive. Nurse smith even noticed we were cold and brought blankets to a few people including me who was shivering. They helped me and gave me thorough information and took time to give great care to everyone in the ER which is probably one of the toughest jobs there is. I never write reviews but I had to in this instance. So much respect for medical professionals.

On Aug 15th, 2024, I was at the posted image around 1:45 PM. I saw the participating member Wyckoff‘s ambulance parking. Two persons were sitting inside the ambulance watching their cell phones and talking on outside a hot weather day. The middle lady in this image approached the ambulance and was told to move from the bus stop. They ignored the lady and closed their window. I am not an expert in this arena but I thought she was right! The bus left around 2:50 PM and they were still parking at the bus stop.

This hospital is raggedy!!!, I went to the bathroom for a short second, I come back and all my stuff is all out in the hallway!. She didn’t ask nor tell me she was going to do that. My bag wallet and everything was out in the open… it was a lady in the ER with a high top with red dreads.

Woman on the phone who knows Russian language (knows a little) , you shouldn't work in the emergency room, you should be fired 10 times because you hang up the phone like you're talking to your angry boyfriend, but I'm not your boyfriend, I a person who needs help!!!! You don't have a patience at all. You have no right to yell at me in this situation, you are acting like a damn hysteric and I hope it comes back to you. This woman simply forgot that she works in the emergency room. Thank you for the service.

I would give ZERO stars if i could. the security was rude and loud. I asked for a cup of water and the attitude of the worker was just plain nasty. I feel bad for the folks who come in here to do their jobs and are met with this environment.
