El peor hospital, a los hispanos que quieran ir por una gravedad con su hijos no lo recomiendo por que nunca serán atendidos. Comentarios despectivos las enfermeras dicen “ no lo debiste traer aquí” o “cuando haya un cuarto disponible” pero mientras entren niños blancos con urgencia te harán esperar diciendo no hay habitación disponible.?

The worst hospital, I do not recommend Hispanics who want to go to gravity with their children because they will never be treated. Derogatory comments nurses say "you shouldn't have brought him here" or "when there is a room available" but as long as white children come in urgently they will make you wait saying there is no room available?

With all the negative reviews I was VERY worried getting here. I was extremely happy with the time it took, with how nice everyone was - from the people in the front, to the nurses, and the doctor. Patient, attentive, answered all questions, and overall - just great! I hope I will never have to be here again, but if I do, I know I am in good hands!

It is a terrible feeling to be in such excruciating pain that you're forced to go to the emergency room, even though you know they may not understand your chronic condition. I spent 5 hours in the emergency room waiting to be seen. 5 hours holding my belly groaning in pain, watching as every single person was called in before me. This includes people who came in several hours after me. The triage nurse would not allow me to finish my sentences and it was evident that she did not take my pain seriously. After waiting all those hours, they put me on a bed in the hallway. Just a terrible experience for me. I know it is common to wait very long, but I wish I was treated with a bit more empathy from the triage nurse and other doctors and nurses in the emergency room. On top of that, due to being put on a bed in the hallway, I witnessed how rude some of the doctors and nurses were to other patients, one in particular who they started talking badly about and making it seem like she was a problem when all she wanted to do was find network to call her mum. She had to remind them that she is a grown woman because they were talking to her like a child. This whole experience made me never want to visit this hospital again.

I visited this ER at 12:20 am due to severe pain. Despite the waiting room being empty as shown in my attached image taken at 2:45 am, I endured over three hours of waiting without being called. The waiting area was uncomfortable, and my repeated inquiries about the delay were met with unhelpful responses, stating it was a busy night despite visible evidence to the contrary. I observed several patients being discharged without any new admissions. The staff, especially at registration, showed little concern for my condition, and I eventually left the ER while I was still in pain, exhausted, and disappointed, with my family waiting in the car for more than 3 hours and without receiving any assistance or help. This ER's lack of attention and care was deeply distressing. I do not recommend this facility at all.

Just a dam zoo, unorganized, have people waiting …put u different rooms for different things that should be done in one room to assist with being pulled indifferent directions while being sick and hurt. The waiting areas are messy and dirty. I came at 4pm its 8:51pm as I am writing this. The staff seem disengaged and not on the same page. This is not a place for anyone who is pain or sick. U better pff going to boston medical

Next time I’ll try a different hospital’s emergency room. This place seemed a little disorganized. And the wait times are very, very long if you go during peak hours. I went in at 1:30 PM for something that was potentially serious, but turned out to be not life-threatening. They discharged me at midnight. I spent hours and hours waiting around waiting for the ultrasound results. My my emergency room doctor had a pretty lousy bedside manner. He was easily annoyed by my questions and seemed like he might be really getting tired of his profession. He announced to me that he’d been there for 21 years and that I should not second-guess his judgment. He made lots of other weird little comments that I felt were disrespectful towards me.

Okay, you may think there is a bias towards negative reviews since happy patients wouldn’t give 5 starts generally. This is not the case here. Newton-Wellesley does not disappoint when it comes to poor service, incompetent staff and rude attitude at every point. It is well known that American healthcare system is bonkers but this is another level. There was another review where it said: don’t go to this hospital. We did and regretted it fully. I echo what other reviewers say: please don’t go to this hospital or you will regret it.

went to this ER in the middle of the night when i was woken up by my heart rate shooting to 140bpm. i told them i have a blood clotting disorder and a history of dvt, and had been having chest pains. i got seen quickly enough and they did blood work but for some reason that i cannot fathom, didn’t do the two most basic things to rule out a PE- a chest x-ray and a d-dimer test. they hooked me up to fluids even though they admitted i wasn’t showing any signs of dehydration so essentially i sat there for 6+ hours for them to tell me they didn’t know what it was and to follow up with a doctor… of course they didn’t know what it was, they didn’t do anything to find out. my dad went there after stepping on a nail and they didn’t even look at his foot. genuinely the worst ER around
