Thanks.

I had a wonderful experience for my first time. There was someone who greeted and signed me in upon arrival even though I did not call ahead. My dog had an unknown wound that looked infected and due to the long holiday weekend we had to go to an emergency vet rather than our normal vet. I was anxious about taking my dog somewhere new and about her wound but I felt welcomed and comfortable quickly. All the staff were kind, helpful, and knowledgable. They took wonderful care of my dog and kept me in the loop with everything. I was grateful to be so involved in my dogs care. I was happy with the service from the doctor and the rest of the staff.

Had an emergency. The staff was kind, understanding and professional. We came in with a friend and didn't leave with them. If we ever have to face something like this again we'll consider using their services. Reasonable EoL costs. Gave us paw prints and fur to keep while we wait for the ashes.

Playing a little rough resulted in an eye injury. The ladies over at VEG were friendly and accommodating. The new facilities were neat and kept clean.

Keep in mind, this is an "open concept" and just about everything can be seen. For children, this means they may see blood, people crying and animals dieing right in front of them. In my opinion, it's a great way to impart the value of life.

Helios was well taken care of and lives on happily to this day. Photos are of him donning eye protection to keep light from aggravating the injury further.

The last place you want to be in the wee hours of a Sunday morning is looking for an emergency clinic to bring your best friend to. Luckily for us, they were able to see us immediately. The facility was beautiful, clean, and I loved the open concept. I definitely know it would be odd for some, but being able to see the techs work gives you comfort in that they’re doing everything they can for every patient they can. It makes you appreciate the work that goes in to every veterinary practice.

We were able to chat with the doctor right after being checked in. It felt really nice to have my voice heard and assumptions not be made. The level of compassion they had for my chatterbox anxiety and bad jokes really helped as I was able to sit with my pup as they examined and treated him.

We all hope to never have to make a trip to the ER with our friends; but if we do, I 10/10 recommend VEG.

Charlie and Milton say "We love VEG(gies!)"
As a pet owner who's pets seem to only want to get ill or act oddly over the weekend when their actual vet is closed or booked, its convenient to have such an establishment to go to! I did think it was going to be a *little* cheaper than Ocean State as i thought it was an Urgent Care as opposed to an Emergency Room but there's not much I can about that since guinea pigs have the potential to go down hill fast and trying to get in with their actual vet is always an issue. Thank you for being there!

Until they get fully staffed with experienced vets all I can say is go somewhere else. My daughters cat died 2 days after being sent here because her vet was booked. $225 to walk in door. 4 hours there $1700 and no diagnosis upon release. No hydration until 15 mins before she left and her labs said she was 5% dehydrated. She was sent home to die at home . Only wished we demanded more she could still be alive. Dismissed. I will say my daughter was reimbursed for the services but her Lacey is no longer with us. You would also think that after emailing the vet who provided the services and you told them your pet had died they would be compassionate enough to respond with their condolences. We can only hope Laceys death will be a lesson to do better than wasted. The whole sit in the room and then we text you the “plan” and the doctor does not return until you pay is inconsiderate and seems like we were buying a vacation condo rather than getting our pet healthcare. Advocate for your furry loved one I wish we would have!! Rest in eternal peace Lacey ❤️?

They took really good care of my pup Cookie. They took extra time and patience to help my extremely reactive pup, she had a GI issue which the medications have been helping. It was a little expensive, but she needed alot, and they have very fair pricing when I was looking at the itemized invoice. She is recovering well and enjoying life as a puppers! ?
